We were pleased to host Rosalind Lambert-Porter, director at Forte Acoustics Ltd, and guests at our showroom in Belfast to hear her engaging presentation on ‘Acoustics – Debunking the Myths’.
Rosalind works with architects, property developers, furniture dealers, interior design specialists, musicians and engineers, providing her expert knowledge on work place noise, psychoacoustics and building acoustics.
The importance of acoustics to the success of any space, from office environments to concert halls, is vital. Understanding the difference between noise and sound, human responses to sound and the ways in which sound can be harnessed were just a few of the fascinating insights provided by Rosalind over two days.
